My client-side client is looking for a self-sufficient Senior Portfolio Manager to join their London team and manage a portfolio of buildings with the aim of providing high-quality, effective & efficient services to their occupiers.

The role will be responsible for all property management including managing the onsite building managers.
Liaise with internal support functions such as HR, finance as well as external agents and consultants.

Additionally, you will be accountable for the service charge budget and in house and external resources for the portfolio.

My client is seeking a team player who is capable of strong collaboration, you will be working closely with internal technicians and facilities management specialists in addition to close working relationships with advisors and other departments, including Asset Management, Finance, Development, Leasing and Investment.

Must be able to do Service Charge/Budgeting yourself.
Examine current leases to ensure adherence to our obligations, while also maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases. Oversee the service charge budget process and reconciliation in collaboration with Property Management Accounts. Collaborate with the Finance department to guarantee timely rent and service charge collection.
Supervise insurance-related duties, encompassing the claims process, works notification, and administration of insurance premium recharge.

Engage in Continuous Personal Development (CPD) and comply with company training to ensure the retention of knowledge regarding the latest industry best practices and innovations.

You will run minor and major projects from fabric to M&E as part of your service charge, as well as being involved with the development team, through the design phase, all the way to bringing the building to its operational stage.

My client offers up to £65k basic + car + strong pension and very lucrative bonuses.
