We are recruiting for a full-time
Payroll Administrator to join our busy Payroll & Bookkeeping Department in Dungannon.

Key duties / responsibilities:

  • Collect and review timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data from clients
  • Enter and maintain employee information, deductions, and changes in payroll software
  • Calculate wages, salaries, overtime, commissions, and bonuses accurately and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring ontime delivery and adherence to tight deadlines
  • Handle employee queries resolve any payrollrelated issues promptly and professionally
  • Process returns to HMRC, Revenue Commissioners and pension providers
  • Prepare and submit CIS and RCT returns

Criteria

Essential

  • B Grade in GCSE Maths and English
  • Two years' experience in a Finance or Bookkeeping role in a busy environment
  • Experience of using computerised financial packages (e.g. Xero, Sage, Brightpay)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines

Desirable
Accounting Technician qualification or equivalent
