We operate mainly in Lancashire but offer supported living services nationwide as well as delivering key worker accommodation in Lincolnshire.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?


You will receive, prioritise and register requests from both internal and external clients, including the scheduling of repairs and other appointments at first point of enquiry.


This role is full time and permanent, working 36.25 hours per week, and will be expected to participate in a team rota to provide a service from 8am until 6pm.


WHAT WILL THE RIGHT PERSON LOOK LIKE?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Ideally, you will have experience of handling customer contact in a fast paced environment, dealing with a wide range of enquiries, resolving efficiently and at first point of contact, be able to prioritise workload and adapt quickly to change in a constantly evolving environment.

Knowledge and understanding of Social Housing would be an advantage.
