Main Duties of the Job
- Maintain high standards of patient care while respecting individuality, dignity, and privacy
- Provide leadership for day-to-day operations and patient care
- Complete operational tasks including health roster management, supervision, and staff appraisals
- Ensure each patient receives a tailored clinical assessment and updated care plan
- Communicate patient information promptly and accurately to their families and carers
- Offer clinical guidance to staff, enhance knowledge through education, and drive service improvements
- Regularly review the service to identify strengths and future development plans

Qualifications
- Entry on the NMC register (Part 13) or HCPC Registered
- Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse (Mental) or Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience in a qualified position with sufficient expertise to demonstrate leadership and management skills
