Air Liquide Healthcare is currently searching for a strategic, people focused Head of HR to join the team and be responsible for driving the people agenda across the UK and Ireland.

Air Liquide Healthcare is currently searching for a strategic, people focused Head of HR to join the team and be responsible for driving the people agenda across the UK and Ireland.

You will be responsible for leading the local HR teams, and will partner with the senior management team during periods of transformation.

Partnering with the UK senior management team to drive business performance
Implementing HR strategies that align with the business goals
Implementing effective change management strategies
Ensuring legal compliance across all HR matters
Managing and developing the HR team
Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Leading the company's Leadership Development
Overseeing all local HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations
Motivating team performance and professional development.

Partnering with Air Liquide central HR administration services and Centers of Excellence to ensure delivery of these services are in line with company agreed SLAs.

Respond to and investigate employee grievances and conflicts, working closely with all parties involved.
This is a hybrid role, and the Air Liquide Healthcare head office is based in Droitwich.

You will be a natural problem solver with a solution orientated approach, and previous experience partnering with senior leadership teams.

Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
Previous experience with TUPE transfer management
Previous experience in HR Transformation and Change Management programmes
A degree in Human Resources, or related field (CIPD7)
