Join a green technology business My client, an exciting and growing company, specializes in providing customized technology systems for the solar energy sector worldwide.

We are currently seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers and the Business Development team, supporting various aspects of the technical sales process, and handling software training. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a vital role in attracting new clients, nurturing existing customer relationships, and acting as a reliable technical consultant by offering expert advice on how our services and technology can benefit their businesses.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized knowledge and guidance on applying our services and technology to clients' businesses
  • Lead presales technical and functional support activities for potential clients
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve revenue targets
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proposals
  • Drive increased software usage by demonstrating its value to customers
  • Handle data collection, analysis, and project execution efficiently
  • Offer product and technical advice to key customers
  • Suggest new service offerings based on customer needs
  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention
  • Provide feedback on customer experiences and contribute to product enhancements

Successful candidates will possess proven B2B sales and account management expertise, preferably in the solar industry or a related field. Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage workloads and targets independently, and a collaborative spirit are essential for this role. Travel may be required, and proficiency in a second European language would be beneficial. This position offers remote/hybrid work options.
