You will have an excellent manner with customers, be able to work independently and lead a busy team.Essential Experience:
- At least 2years experience within a Customer Support Role
- An understanding of world class customer service
- Proven track record of managing a team, setting and delivering clear responsibilities and expectations; encouraging individual accountability
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft and bespoke programming
- High standards for quality of delivery from yourself and from others, with good attention to detail
- Competent complaint handler
- Proven track record of delivering KPIs and targets
- Ability to work closely with a small but growing team
- Ability to think outside of the box and focus on solutions rather than problems
- A desire to stay actively involved in the daytoday of your team. You will be required and want to work in the day to day as well as in the bigger picture
Desirable Experience?
- Proven skill set in implementing ideas from conception to delivery
- Experience with an E-Commerce environment
- Experience in furniture retail
- Understanding of retail operations throughout the whole customer journey
