You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to bring them on the journey with you, inspiring them to embrace new ideas and approaches.
    What you'll be doing
  • As Continuous Improvement Professional you will be responsible for the following:
  • Embark on exciting and fast-paced discovery/sprint projects or continuous improvement initiatives that uncover and define opportunities for improvement.
  • Dive deep into all available data sources to analyse root causes, providing insightful recommendations for continuous improvement that drive our business forward.
  • Utilize industryleading lean six sigma methodologies like DMAIC to solve complex problems and see them through to successful resolution.
  • Develop an indepth understanding of our current "asis" processes, identifying pain points and recommending actionable steps for creating optimal "tobe" processes that maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document lowlevel requirements for new systems and translate them into required outcomes.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues and provide support for corrective management through senior stakeholder forums.

Essential Skills

  • To deliver in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
  • Drive rapid discovery and change projects using industry-recognised toolkits.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide insightful business improvement recommendations.
  • Utilise industrystandard lean Six Sigma methodologies like DMAIC to solve problems and improve performance.
  • Map existing processes to identify pain points and develop recommendations for improvements,
  • Document lowlevel requirements and translate them into actionable outcomes.
  • Produce highquality storyboards and communication materials to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects and work packages to support larger projects and programs.
  • Create business benefit methodologies and sign off on them with finance to deliver benefits in the medium term.
