Role Overview:Join as a Professional Indemnity PSL to provide critical support to the professional indemnity team. Offer high-quality legal support, maintain and develop know-how, and stay updated on legal developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge Management: Develop and update the firm's knowledge base in professional indemnity law.
  • Training and Development: Create training programs for fee earners to improve their technical skills.
  • Legal Research: Conduct detailed legal research on complex matters.
  • Client Support: Assist in preparing materials for client briefings and presentations.
  • Regulatory Updates: Monitor changes in legislation to keep the team and clients informed.
  • Collaboration: Work with partners to enhance team performance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in professional indemnity law.
  • Strong academic background and expertise in professional indemnity.
  • Excellent research and drafting skills.
  • Passion for knowledge management and development.
  • Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Proactive and independent worker with strong initiative.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
