Wise May are looking for a Team Assistant to join a friendly consultancy firm based in Liverpool. The role is to provide proactive, flexible and professional secretarial and administrative assistance and support to the office manager and fee earners.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support on projects and initiatives, in a proactive manner
  • Collating and processing timesheets on a weekly basis and entering expenses when requested
  • Typing pool related tasks (when assigned) e.g., general typing, report assembly and proof reading(both audio and copy)
  • Coordinating and booking travel and hotel arrangements including Visa's for business travel
  • Assisting with the arrangements of events and entertainment
  • Booking meeting rooms (including refreshments) and sending meeting invitations
  • Meeting and greeting visitors as required
  • Assisting with marketing activities e.g., production of presentations and other materials
  • Archiving as and when required
  • Ordering stationery and general office duties
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Person Specification:

  • Highly organised and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to plan ahead and anticipate the needs/requirements of the teams
  • A motivated, approachable and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude
  • Good communication skills with excellent customer service focus
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
**_Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30 WFH 1 day per week._
