truly

hybrid working environment (between the office, home and community of Lancashire)

37 hours per week (Full time)

FTE £28,644 per annum

Fixed term 10-months from start date

About the role


n-compass are looking to recruit a Counsellor, supporting unpaid adult carers (18+) who are caring for someone with mental-ill health on a 1-2-1 basis, focusing on increasing personal resilience and reducing anxiety and stress because of their complex caring role.


About you
We are looking for qualified counsellors with/or working towards BACP accreditation and person centered counselling experience.

We are looking for people with; working knowledge of the legislative counselling framework; the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of people; and be able to commute across Lancashire.

Most importantly, we are looking for people who are highly motivated, hardworking, flexible and who really want to make a difference.
