Your main duties will include:

  • Ability to support a busy, dynamic and well respected Managing Director, working in a fast moving challenging environment on a 1:1 basis
  • Handling calls and emails on behalf of the Managing Director
  • To coordinate the Managing Director's diary and make/ amend appointments when necessary
  • Handling private and confidential information with complete discretion and loyalty to the Managing Director
  • General office administration including travel and accommodation
  • Support other departments and the general running of the small efficient back office The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/ attributes:
