Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and efficient individual to join our office team, someone who will support in the smooth running of the administrative tasks at our Estate Office in Iron Acton

We are a large friendly family run business which includes 2 Business Parks and a gold cup winning Dairy Farm in Iron Acton, South Gloucestershire.

The role
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Receptionist
- first to answer phone and see customers in the office
- Responsibility for administration of all selfstorage rental agreements and renewals
- Basic accounts administration duties, including chasing outstanding payments, matching advice notes, inputting supplier purchase invoices
- Sourcing prices as required (e.g. fuel/farm parts)
- Update Herd registry records
- Placing purchase orders (e.g. dairy parts/chemicals/gas)
- Administration of annual leave records
- Vehicle administration (MOT/services/inspections)
- Office administration to include ordering stationery, filing
- Basic accounts administration duties using Xero accounting software full training will be provided.
- Coordination of onsite parking arrangements
You
You may have experience of working in a busy and varied office environment or you may be looking for a challenge and opportunity to build your career in either a customer service or administration role.
