We are looking for a friendly and dynamic administrator to work flexibly approximately 4 hours per week from our office in Penryn.

The role supports the administration of the Community Interest Company working with the Directors to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.


Responsibilities and duties include

  • Bookkeeping
  • Invoicing and managing supplier accounts
  • Communicating with Members
  • Administering the moorings and mooring wait list

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Basic accounting
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to plan and organise your work and manage your time effectively
  • Selfmotivated with ability to work under own initiative
  • An understanding of boats and horticulture
  • Willing to work flexibly in response to the demands of the role


The role may flex up to 8 hours per week approximately four times a year by arrangement with the Directors.

Full training will be given on all aspects of the role and the administrator will be line managed by one of the Directors of the CIC.
