We are looking for a Broker Sales Manager. This role is part of the Broker team, responsible for managing introducer relationships and handling lending through these partners. Your key responsibilities will include managing a team focused on nurturing and expanding broker connections, processing lending opportunities, and overseeing the pipeline.

What will be your main tasks?

  • Coach and guide your team to reach their objectives
  • Develop strategies to grow accounts and achieve set targets
  • Lead in the team's learning and development initiatives
  • Offer regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching sessions
  • Participate in broker meetings and establish relationships with key broker accounts
  • Handle escalations, find resolutions, and build internal stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, contribute to team strategy, and proactively address any challenges

What we are seeking in candidates:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales or customer success roles, preferably as a Team Leader/Manager
  • Background in the broker industry or fintech is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to mentor sales staff, analyze KPIs, and drive performance with a data-driven approach
  • Passion for success and the ability to motivate teams to achieve targets
  • Solid business acumen and proactive mindset
  • Initiative to introduce innovative ideas for team performance improvement
