We have an exciting and new opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join our busy and friendly payroll function in Milton Keynes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive payroll experience (ideally CIPP qualified) with experience of working in a busy and large organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage the end to end processing of the payrollsnManage Payroll team, lead, motivate and coachnHMRC reconciliation and payment overnFPS & EPS submission and reconciliationnPension managementnMonthly pension reconciliations and submitting contribution files to pension scheme providers.nEnsuring adherence to GDPR and any breaches are escalated accordingly.nProduction and circulation of system reports and analytics within the agreed timeframes.nMaintaining payroll procedures and implementing process change.nEnsure high levels of confidentiality and integrity are always maintained.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience in:
Providing a proactive and customer-centric approachnStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectivelynAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesnP11d processnHighly numerate with attention to detailnMust have the ability to work under pressure, and adjust priorities to meet tight deadlines
