HQ Interiors is a premier destination for exquisite furniture pieces, offering unparalleled quality and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs.
  • Provide expert advice on furniture selection based on customer preferences and interior design concepts.
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy and visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
  • Help in development and maintenance of the website, ensuring its correct functioning.
  • Add new products to the website, update and ensure accurate pricing and product information.
  • Managing social media account

Skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior sales or customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred but not needed
  • Availability to work weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule (excluding upcoming Christmas weekend)
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning about new products and industry trend.
  • Basic understanding of website maintenance and content management.
  • Highly organised, selfmotivated and a fast learner.
Training will be provided.
