Position Description:
  • Skilled in managing administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and organizing tender-related materials.
  • Aptitude for maintaining precise records of tender documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Competency in drafting professional correspondence, emails, and tender submissions under the Sales team and Tender Manager's direction.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation, data analysis, and presentations.
  • Keen attention to detail when reviewing tender documents, proposals, and contracts to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Experience in coordinating tender processes, including collecting necessary documents, securing approvals, and ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in managing tender platforms and online submission systems, including document uploads and monitoring submission status.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analysis to gather competitor information, market trends, and client needs to bolster the creation of competitive tender proposals.
  • Capability to cultivate and sustain positive client relationships by addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and handling concerns throughout the tendering phase.
  • Readiness to closely collaborate with the sales team, bid managers, and subject matter experts to craft compelling and competitive tender submissions.
  • Effective time management skills for task prioritization, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple tender submissions simultaneously.
