Permanent Accounts Assistant - paying up to £25,000


Looking for a keen and ambitious individual willing to learn new skills and provide insightful ideas to develop their role and improve the finance function of the business.

The role entails a predominant purchase ledger position with the ability to become increasingly more involved in credit control and other various duties such as:

  • Controlling expenses on behalf of head office
  • Credit card statement reconciliations and provision of receipts
  • Key stakeholders in providing most up to date creditors list and full understanding of our suppliers
  • Working closely with Purchasing to ensure PO's are raised appropriately and adherence across the business to follow PO process
  • Bank rec's
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Xero would be advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail required
  • Proactive and ambitious willing to drive change and improve business.
