Support Worker

We are a small privately run care provider providing residential support to adults with learning disabilities in Chesham and Stokenchurch.

We are recruiting Support Workers for our 6 bed residential home in Stokenchurch. We are recruiting for day and night shifts.


Responsibilities include supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism in their daily living including support with meals, personal care, medication, accessing the community, attending day services and to participate in activities.

The role also includes the recording of care notes such as observations, food and fluid charts, behaviour charts, daily logs and medication records.


The role includes automatic enrollment into the pension scheme after 3 months in service and colleagues are eligible for Blue Light Card membership which offers a range of in store and online discounts.


We have a range of day and night shifts available and are interested in both full, part-time and bank applicants.

The rota works on a two week basis with shifts rostered for every other weekend. The ability to work weekends and bank holidays (including Christmas) is essential.

Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
