The role:
Due to continued growth, a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented organisational design development HR professional.

As the People Manager, you will reporting to and support the HR Director you will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of the people strategy ensuring growth objectives are achieved by people management and development.

Day to day duties will include but not limited to:
Annual strategic planning, agreement and implementationReview and implement a people strategy which aligns with growth objectivesReview, implement and maintain a wellbeing and engagement strategyManage regular internal and external communicationsImplement and manage personal development plans and ensure training targets are metDesign, write and deliver training and development programmes to include soft skills and management trainingUndertake skills analysis, job and people profiling and succession planning activitiesDevelop, introduce and manage the training academyWork towards and achieving accreditations to include Investors in PeopleEnsure all compliance objectives are metGeneralist HR advice and supportSkills, experience and qualifications required:CIPD Level 5 or equivalentProven experience in a similar roleGenuine interest and passion for people development and engagementSkilled in design and delivery of trainingOutgoing friendly personality with strong team skillsHighly motivatedConfident in dealing with people of all levelsAbility to work under pressurePackage on offer for you:A salary up to £60,000 per annum with potential bonus25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidaysPensionPrivate HealthcareOption for 1 day per week home working
