People Policy Manager

Rate of Pay: £per Hour
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement people policy strategies, ensuring effective communication and engagement with recognized trade unions.
- Collaborate with People Services to integrate people policy initiatives seamlessly.
- Design and implement strategies to embed and sustain people policies, fostering a culture of understanding, compliance, and engagement.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to ensure people policies align with the organization's strategic priorities.
- Engage stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive people policy review and development, focusing on impactful outcomes.
- MCIPD level qualification or equivalent through relevant training and/or work experience.
- Project management qualifications.
- Proven track record in leading people policy reviews and development programs with successful outcomes, preferably in a large, complex, and diverse organization.
- Experience as a people professional in a large and complex organization.
Important Notes:
- You should be available to start immediately or at short notice.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- This role requires a basic DBS.
