Your responsibilities will involve meticulously processing these claims, ensuring accuracy and compiling all necessary information for the MoJ's decision-making process.

A key aspect of the role wilsupervisingeeing the team's work to uphold a consistently high standard, identifying training needs, and actively contributing to continuous improvement projects.


Beyond the administrative tasks, your role will encompass assessing the volume of claims, leading work distribution, and addressing claimants' inquiries about eligibility, ensuring smooth progress and timely payments.

This is an opportunity to make a real impact, with one day per week in the office for face-to-face meetings, training, and fostering team cohesion.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating schedules to allow for adequate and efficient staffing at all times.
  • Proactively building and maintain client and claimant relationships.
  • Facilitating clear communication between the CFF team and the client and SSCL departments.
  • Schedule product knowledge sessions with team members.
  • Generate and check payment files each day.
  • Deputise for the CFF Manager in their absence.
  • Provide experienced advice to our partners and claimants in all areas of the CFF.
  • Motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment.
