About our client
We are currently working with a global private placement agent looking to add a bright and commercially minded Analyst to their high-performing Primary Capital Raising team in London.
This team specialises in raising capital for private equity, real estateand credit funds clients from sophisticated global institutional investors.What the job involves
- Preparing marketing materials, including private placement memoranda, investor presentations and due diligence materials
- Assisting in preparing responses to investor due diligence requests
- Preparing presentation materials and pitches for prospective clients
- Meeting prospective clients with senior team members and analysing financial and qualitative information
- Coordinating capital raising activities and international roadshows
Who we are looking for:
- Strong academic background with previous experience in a placement agent, investment bank, private equity or strategic consulting
- Interest in the private equity, private debt and real estate industries
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Strong communicator with an excellent command of verbal and written English. Fluency in any other European language would be a plus
- Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
