Private Equity Investor Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Analyst to join our Private Equity team. The successful candidate will be responsible for market research and performance benchmarking, preparing presentations and content for investor meetings and events, and developing strong relationships with Investment Teams, Sales, Fund Management, Legal, and Compliance.
Fundraising and MarketingThe ideal candidate will have experience in pre-marketing, strategy, and product development initiatives, drafting and updating marketing and due diligence materials, establishing and overseeing datarooms, and maintaining fundraising pipelines. They will also be responsible for responding to investor diligence requests and overseeing roadshows, meetings, and due diligence preparation and sessions.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in a similar position. You should possess strong organizational and project management skills, be a strong team player, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. You should also be able to multi-task, prioritize deliverables, and manage and meet tight deadlines.
