Private Equity Fundraising Specialist

We are partnering with a reputable UK-based growth and lower mid-market private equity fund seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to establish and build their IR function from the ground up. With a strong track record of generating market-leading returns, they are looking for a dedicated professional to help them plan and pre-market their next fund, due to launch in 2025.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with senior partners to develop a proactive outreach programme to existing and potential investors.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including investment professionals, finance, and operations teams.
- Lead internal and external communication, including PR, website, and investor materials.
- Drive future fundraising efforts, from strategy development to documentation and investor outreach.
- Develop and lead the agenda for key annual events, such as AGMs, LPACs, and Advisory Board meetings.
- Implement new processes to enhance the investor experience.
- Relevant private markets experience in investor relations at a GP or placement agent.
- Demonstrable ability to build LP relationships and expand investor networks.
- Knowledge of private equity strategies is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to drive projects in a disciplined manner.
