An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated lettings negotiator/administrator to join our award winning team. We are a busy independent Estate Agent based in Eastwood, Nottingham covering the midlands.

We are looking for a part time team member to help continue to build the busy lettings side of the business and assist on the sales department.

You need to be passionate about the roll, have a can do attitude and be able to work on your own initiative.

A background in property sales is also required to assisted the sales team.

Roles & Responsibilities
Able to serve section 21 and section 8 notices

Book gas safe and electrical inspections

Book Check ins and Check outs

Book Inspections

Carry out Check ins and check outs

Carry out inspections

Able to deal with maintenance issues on managed properties

Booking repairs and following up completed work

Update landlords and tenants

Book sales and lettings valuations appointments

Books sales and lettings viewing appointments

Generate new business with sellers and landlords

Accompanied Viewings

Data Entry

Saturday 9am - 4pm required on a rota

Skills And Experience
Professional telephone manner

Excellent communication skills
