Our client is currently looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join their great organisation.

Key responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

  • To greet all visitors promptly, completing all related security procedures and offering all appropriate services to ensure guests experience a pleasant visit.
  • Monitoring and responding to the information inbox and liaising with colleagues as appropriate to ensure replies are sent in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with the collation and circulation of brochures, other publications, material for marketing and a range of events.
  • Managing any incoming deliveries of mail and supplies and arranging collection by traders and staff.
  • Taking messages, directing calls and providing information as appropriate in a warm and confident manner.
  • Escorting guests to appropriate meeting rooms when requested.
  • Assisting other departments with adhoc including post, photocopying, document collation, typing, laminating, booking of meeting rooms and providing refreshments.

Person Specification

  • Experience in busy customer focused service role would be beneficial.
  • Good basic education with GCSEs (or the equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • Multitasker who can work well under pressure and uses initiative.
  • Good Microsoft office skills.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday - 08:00am to 16:30pm with 1-hour lunch break.

Friday - 08:00am to 16:00pm with 1-hour lunch break.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

£11.21 per hour
