Receptionist Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment (London). As the first point of contact for guests and clients, you will play a vital role in representing our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including filing, mail delivery, and phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organised.
  • Represent the company with a friendly and professional attitude.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front of House.
  • Friendly and charismatic disposition, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and diary management.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to take initiative.
