Receptionist Opportunity

Nouvo Recruitment (London) is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for guests and clients, you will play a vital role in representing the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including organizing files, delivering and accepting mail, and scheduling appointments.
  • Answer and forward phone calls, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Clean, organize, and maintain the reception area, ensuring a professional environment.
  • Represent the company with a friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Receptionist or Front of House.
  • Friendly and charismatic disposition, comfortable engaging with multiple people daily.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and diary management.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to take initiative.
