FAMILIES KEY WORKER


Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting children, young people, and families to thrive?- We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Worker to join our established Families Team working on the Supported Families Programme.

As one of our Key Workers, you will develop and deliver a range of targeted Early Help services which will achieve and sustain positive outcomes for families.

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team who has previous experience working with families and young people

Education and Qualifications:

Essential

  • A relevant Level 3 qualification and/or equivalent experience
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • First Aid Qualification or willingness to work towards

Desirable

  • Professional qualification as a children's workforce practitioner (e.g. qualified teacher, youth worker, social worker or healthcare practitioner.)
  • NVQ Level 3 working with parents
  • Safeguarding Level 2 and
  • PCV/D1 driving licence.

Skills and Experience:

Essential

  • Experience of providing support to children, young people and families
  • Practical understanding of contemporary issues relating to children, young people and families
  • Practical experience of delivering interventions that support children, young people and families
  • Experience of programme design and evaluation against set outcomes
