We are recruiting for an Pharmacy Invoicing and Homecare Officer who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.


The invoicing officer will process invoices/credit notes and investigate invoice problems and contribute to other aspects of work in the pharmacy office.

To provide clerical support to the department when necessary.

The individual will also need to be able to work unsupervised, be resourceful and able to prioritise their own workload.


The role will include maintaining the staff records for approximately 140 members of staff, answering staff queries, and supporting with clerical work.


To carry out word processing and other secretarial duties for staff in pharmacy including letters, memos and general office duties including preparing for new staff, e.g., Induction booklets, lockers etc.

To take minutes at weekly staff meetings as required.
