We are seeking a dedicated and driven High-Cost Drug & Homecare Pharmacist to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. You will play a vital role in managing high-cost medications and delivering exceptional homecare services to our patients.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the management of high-cost drugs at our Lister site, ensuring efficient processes and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and oversee the delivery of our homecare service, driving its expansion and enhancing patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication regimens for patients requiring specialized treatments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to audits and performance improvement initiatives within the pharmacy department.
Your Skills & Experience
- Possess a strong clinical background with specialized knowledge of high-cost medications and their therapeutic applications.
