Sales Co-ordinator - up to £30,000

Working for a long-established and highly respected electronics manufacturer, the Sales Co-ordinator is a key position within the customer facing team and is responsible for supporting the sales team.

You will also co-ordinate a number of small accounts andwill be the customers interface, providing timely responses to requests for quotes and managing order books through to shipping and invoicing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep the management team informed about customer activity and any issues their business is facing which
might impact the relationship and revenue.

  • Manage quotations from receipt to proposal.
  • Process sales orders on the MRP system.
  • Coordinate customer related issues including the order book management through an effective
communication with operations and purchasing teams with the objective to deliver on-time-in-full.

  • Develop good relationships with assigned accounts and internal stakeholders.
  • Be the first point of contact for any issues relating to assigned accounts.
  • Maintain sales related MRP data with the latest information relevant to each customer order.
  • Complete any relevant training provided by the company and assist in the training of others where required.
  • Carry out duties in a respectful and efficient manner, always acting in the interest of the company and
complying with the company rules and regulations.

  • Timely reporting of any issues or occurrences to the Commercial Manager.
  • Any other reasonable requests from the management team.
Ideally, applicants will possess 2 years administrative experience and excellent Word and Excel skills. Experience of working in a customer facing role or working in a manufacturing or technical environment is desirable.
