Duties & Responsibilities(Full Job Description Available)
- Managing invoice mailbox
- Responding to suppliers
- Completing accounts payable
- Generating reports
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Uploading invoices to xero
- Supplier Statement reconciliations
- Remittances Liaising with UK and international offices
- Ensuring transactions are coded correctly in Xero
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Providing PO numbers and gaining authorisation
- PO / Invoice Reconciliation and PO register
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in Accounts Payable / Reconciliations
- Legal experience desirable but not essential
