This is predominately an accounts payable role however, there is other administration involved making the role more varied and interesting.


We're looking for a bright individual who can use their initiative, be confident in their approach and have a meticulous attention to detail.


This is a newly created role adding to the finance team of an international business which has an exciting growth strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities(Full Job Description Available)

  • Managing invoice mailbox
  • Responding to suppliers
  • Completing accounts payable
  • Generating reports
  • Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Uploading invoices to xero
  • Supplier Statement reconciliations
  • Remittances Liaising with UK and international offices
  • Ensuring transactions are coded correctly in Xero
  • Credit Card Reconciliation
including manual coding

  • Providing PO numbers and gaining authorisation
  • PO / Invoice Reconciliation and PO register

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in Accounts Payable / Reconciliations
  • Legal experience desirable but not essential
