Our client is a successful global engineering business based in Banbury.

Due to an absence within the team they are looking to acquire the services of an administrator to work within the team for 6 months.


Please note:
This is a temporary role with expected duration being 6 months. The role is full time, running Monday to Friday and will require you to be working on site.

The role would require you to have your own form of transport as the office islocated just outside of Banbury.


Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting the service teams with delivery and preparing payment.
  • Collating and recording all service contract deliverables and payment milestones, from establishment and throughout variations and chargeable events.
  • SAP input, billing and expediting payment for all service contracts.
  • SAP input, quoting, billing and expediting sales orders for all chargeable work.
  • Raising purchase orders for 3rd parties involved with delivery of service jobs.
  • Identification and escalation of customer payment process failings and early detection of cost risks.
  • Collation of information to support account management reviews.
  • Entering bookable hours for mobile and resident engineers.
  • Preparing overtime reports for payroll.
