We are looking for a motivated and passionate agency social worker to join our Help and Protection North team 2.
This is a locality team which works with children and families across child in need, child protection, Public Law Outline and care proceedings.
At the North office we have access to good transport links and there is amply free parking. There is a good package of both mandatory and optional training/learning opportunities and good management and Advanced Practitioner support.Key roles are completing statutory visits, chairing review meetings and being responsible for driving plans forward to achieve positive outcomes, recognising and responding to risk, safety planning, completing a variety of assessments, direct work with children and families, making referrals, and advocating for families.
