Quarto creates inspiring books for adults and children published across the globe.

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for taking ownership and coordination of the HR administrative function as required and supporting the Head of HR and HR Business Partner.

Contract
Permanent, part-time.
£21,000 per year for 4 days per week (£26,250 full-time)

28 hours per week, 4 days a week (ideally Monday to Thursday, 9:30am – 5.30pm, but we can be flexible).

We currently operate a discretionary hybrid model; as part of your role, you will work three days in our London office and one day working from home.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will own the delivery of HR administrative services for employees and managers at Quarto and provide administrative support to the Head of HR and HR Business Partner.

You will also support with payroll processing.
Timely and accurately process all HR administration of employee life-cycle events from onboarding to departure.

Own all HR administrative processes including but not limited to contracts, letters, recruitment, induction, references, exit interviews, organisational charts, probation, benefit schemes, and work experience.

Preparation of all relevant data for payroll in a timely manner and ensure the payroll report is updated.
Be the first point of contact for all HR administrative and general queries.
Monitor and manage the HR Support and Talent inbox.
Create, update and own HR processes.

You will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in an HR role and be a strong administrator who is able to follow processes from start to finish.

A natural people person at ease with new people, senior managers and third parties.
Experienced at working independently, using your own administrative experience and HR knowledge.

Detail oriented, a lot of the work involves sensitive information and data that needs to be carefully, confidentially, and accurately handled across multiple systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new systems.
