As a Barclays Implementation and Specialist Support Advisor, you will be working as part of Corporate Client Service who are a business area within Corporate Digital banking.
Within this role, you will provide both day to day Corporate Digital Channel / Product support for the entire Corporate Client base and Global Coverage.
In addition, you will also lead and manage the end to end Onboarding and Implementation of Corporate clients on a number of Channels and products.

What will you be doing?
- Answering any servicing or channels related requests received from clients, as well as those from other business areas and third parties where appropriate
- Capturing client information; developing a detailed comprehension of their needs, updating all relevant systems with complete, accurate and concise information
- Providing expert knowledge of all systems and processes associated with the Implementation and Specialist Support vertical
- Servicing clients in line with current processes to ensure requests are actioned right first time
- Overcoming client objections, recording and managing complaints with tact and diplomacy ensuring sensitivity in accordance with decided group procedures

- Ability to lead and operate effectively alongside frontline colleagues, with a good grasp of the fundamentals required to shape and drive own performance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders across all levels
