Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our clients and internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person support
  • Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Configuring and troubleshooting computer systems, printers, and other equipment
  • Assisting with the deployment of new technology and software
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients and internal teams
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement technical solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
  • Participating in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 technical support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
