We are seeking a skilled Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant cafe. The ideal candidate will have a flair for hospitality, ensuring exceptional service as well as strong leadership and adaptability.
Responsibilities:
n- Manage all aspects of the Cafe, including kitchen, floor, and serving areasn- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer servicen- Supervise food production to maintain quality and consistencyn- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold high standards of cleanlinessn- Develop special promotions in collaboration with ownern- Handle inventory management (stock control) and ordering of suppliesn- Recruit, train and mentor staffn- Oversee the preparation of food and beveragesnPrevious experience;n- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industryn- Strong background in kitchen operations, and food safetyn- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectivelyn- Proficient in supervising staff and fostering a positive work environmentn- Relevant qualifications in catering or hospitality management are desirable
