Rota: Monday – Friday - DAYS

My Client, the largest generator specialist in the South, is seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join our team in Bristol.

What is the job?

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our HR team.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to liaising with agencies and coordinating interviews.
  • Conducting HR inductions for new employees and performing right to work checks.
  • Recording staff holidays and maintaining HR & Training records.
  • Producing and issuing training certificates as needed.
  • Supporting the HR team on ad hoc matters and providing Reception Cover.
Skills and requirements:
  • Strong understanding of HR procedures.
  • Previous experience within an HR position.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR databases.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently within a small team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
