Join the largest generator specialist in the South as a proactive and organized Recruitment Advisor in our Bristol office.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be instrumental in managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring we attract and onboard the best talent.

The Recruitment Advisors key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, liaising with agencies, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conducting HR inductions for new hires and performing right to work checks.
  • Maintaining records of staff holidays and HR & Training documentation.
  • Producing and issuing training certificates as required.
  • Assisting the HR team with various tasks and providing Reception Cover when needed.
The skills and requirements of the

Recruitment Advisor:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR procedures.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR databases.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently within a small team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
