Role

What we're looking for:
We require an experienced People Leader to drive strategy across HR and Recruitment globally. You will help us build a world-class organisation. You will be part of a dynamic business where you will have an impact at the highest level.

The role will report directly to the CEO and sit on the Leadership Team.

You have a core HR team based in London and the US and will create, direct and drive the people strategy.

You are responsible for all teams across all regions including the US, UK,India and Singapore, at the moment this is approximately 120 people but growing.

While we have made progress on a number of projects there are still lots of exciting initiatives to work on and this role will certainly require a hands-on approach with a strategic mindset.

We are also planning our Series B fundraising round so this role willplay a key part in the people element of this project.

What you'll be doing

  • To own the overall people strategy, ensuring that the business is doing everything it can to enable colleagues to do their best work individually and collectively.
  • Build a strategic, datadriven People plan that drives efficiency and delivery in a techled Business. Leadership and the People team.
  • This includes setting functional OKRs and KPIs, in collaboration with Leadership and the People Team.
  • Own cross functional initiatives which impact everyone's experience at Solidatus, such as global organisational design and planning through to the annual performance cycle.
  • Design, Develop and Deliver blended Leadership Development programmes supporting our C-Suite team.
  • Run and evolve our global Performance Management experience, maintaining a high performance culture where achievement is recognised and underperformance is effectively managed.
  • Collaborate with finance on our global remuneration approach.
  • Evolve DE&I practices to ensure an inclusive working environment.
  • Lead on innovative health and wellbeing initiatives, supporting our colleagues physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
  • Analyse eNPS survey feedback and take action to improve engagement companywide; working in partnership with other SLT members and department heads on localised needs as appropriate.
  • Continuously develop all elements of the People plan to retain high performing talent.
  • Be the ambassador and amplifier of our culture globally, leading on culture programmes and steering the tone of our internal communications in line with our values.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and help establish Solidatus as an Employer of Choice
  • To encourage consistent standards and collaborative ways of working across all offices and remote workers. Create the tools to ensure Leaders in the business can develop their teams, this includes performance plans, Succession planning and career development.
  • To be accountable for organisational planning including helping the leadership team scope out future roles and structures, taking responsibility for the process of sourcing (direct and via third parties)
  • Building a meaningful onboarding process to ensure colleagues can make a difference as soon as possible.
  • Ensure compliance is adhered to globally.

What you'll need:

  • Global experience of leading a People and Talent team in a fastpaced scaling business
  • Experience of managing multiple sites
  • UK and US experience essential.
  • A willingness to get involved in many things including maintaining culture, helping with ideas to foster a great place to work
  • Ability to be strategic, but comfortable to be hands on and also delve into the detail when required
  • Excellent experience in using HR data to drive change.
  • Well organised and planned, documented strategy practices
  • Demonstrable startup / scale up experience, being comfortable with the growth journey experience in series funding would be a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and interdependencies, as well as devising effective solutions.
  • Experience creating, developing and delivering on high level strategic People plans.
  • Experience in working with a VC or Investor manages business a distinct advantage.
