Arb Architect

You will need to have worked in the UK construction / design industry for a minimum of 5 years as an Architect, and be familiar with Revit software and BIM Management Procedures.

In this role you will run and project manage a variety of interesting projects, working both independently on drawing packages and manage assistants where necessary to ensure quality control of issued information.

• Architectural experience in the design of healthcare buildings is essential
• Able to carry out design reviews and identify inconsistencies, discrepancies and missing information and record, report and track the close out of these items
• Demonstrable design flair and presentational ability
• Capable of robust UK construction detailing
• Experience in leading meetings on site with the client, design and contractor team;
• Experience in delivering projects from conception to completion; ideally worked in all RIBA Stages
• Very good Revit and AutoCAD skills
• Experience in using Navisworks, Solibri, Photoshop, and In design useful
• Excellent communication skills: spoken and written
