Details about the role:
Your main responsibility will be providing top-notch customer service to residents while meeting client expectations and SLAs, and adhering to legal requirements. You'll need to adopt a customer-first approach and may face diverse customer situations, including challenging ones. Serving as the primary point of contact for residents during their tenancy is a key aspect of this role.
This position is a 12-month fixed-term cover for maternity leave until 2025.
