Job Title: AutoCAD Technician

Location: Exeter, UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed architectural drawings and technical designs using AutoCAD software.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and designers to develop and refine project designs.
  • Ensure all drawings and designs comply with UK building regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications and schedules.
  • Conduct site visits as required to gather information and assess project progress.
  • Provide technical support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an AutoCAD Technician, preferably with high-end residential projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software is essential.
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary: 40,000
