nKey Responsibilities:

nCreate detailed architectural drawings and technical designs using AutoCAD software.nCollaborate closely with architects and designers to develop and refine project designs.nEnsure all drawings and designs comply with UK building regulations and standards.nAssist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications and schedules.nConduct site visits as required to gather information and assess project progress.nProvide technical support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

nProven experience as an AutoCAD Technician, preferably with high-end residential projects.nProficiency in AutoCAD software is essential.nStrong understanding of UK building regulations and standards.nExcellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.nStrong organisational and time management skills.nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal.
