This is a great opportunity for a Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in the field. You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects in collaboration with Architects and experienced Technologists. Join our rapidly growing practice situated in Henley-in-Arden and Bedford.

Founded just over 4 years ago by two Directors, our practice has expanded to a team of 8 professionals. We are now seeking to add a new team member to assist with residential and commercial projects.

This role also offers the opportunity to progress through Part 2 or Part 3 while enhancing your industry knowledge and practical skills in Architecture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing drawings and developing design schemes, focusing on residential and commercial sectors.
  • Supporting lead Architects and Senior Technicians in project delivery, including planning and building regulations applications.
  • Creating tender documentation.
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project meets office standards and maintains a high level of quality.
  • Supervising projects on-site.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong design and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in coordinating and producing information for all RIBA stages.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Full UK Driving licence and own transport (preferred but not mandatory).
