Job purpose


To support the continuing development of this highly successful business, we require a dynamic professional to play a key role in supporting the operation department.


Duties will include

  • Productively liaise on daily basis across multiple stakeholders: Accounting, Fund Administrator, Prime Broker, Counterparties, Portfolio Managers
  • Maintaining up to date operational due diligence ( ODD) on counterparties
  • Independent coordination of the due diligence and audit process, and coordination with the managers and other external service providers
  • Coordinate various internal meetings, i.e. risk meetings, board meetings
  • Support the operations team with the full new fund set up process
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline current procedures and processes
  • Supporting the compliance and risk team
  • Conducting operational due diligence on external fund managers as an integral part of the selection process in various asset classes with a focus on hedge funds, private equity, private debt and real asset alternative investments
  • Independent coordination of the due diligence and audit process, and coordination with the managers and other external service providers
  • Preparation of interviews including onsite visits : counterparties and portfolio teams.

Knowledge and Experience
Ideally work experience in one of these areas; fund compliance, depository, investment fund oversight, investment operations, fund accounting, audit or operational due diligence
